
It’s officially the summer! And Gay Pride is officially upon us in London. Lots going on but before all that, let’s see what’s coming up round our way…
Thursday 2nd June we’re honing in on a subcultural art scene with photographic exhibition The City Is Abstract by Sarah Piantadosi. Also the launch of a zine of the same name documenting the collaborative relationship between New Yorker Emil Bognar-Nasdor and London-based commentator Reba Maybury. It’s on at Ditto, Benyon Road, N1 until the 10th June.
Still on an art slant ArtHole presents: Kraviation at the Dalston Superstore launching on Friday 3rd. Freddy Krave presents his debut photographic exhibition in London. Sip cocktails, peruse the scenic vista and dance to music from Samantha Togni from 7-9!
Oh we haven’t heard from Ktsuné for a while! DJ Jerry Bouthier sent me an invite about the Kitsuné Summer Series Rooftop Terrace Party on Saturday 4th June at The Magic Roundabout situated above Old Street tube station! Starting at 3pm ‘til 10pm and then continuing after sundown at the Ace Hotel’s Miranda basement club until gawd knows what time dears. Oh 3am actually. It’s going to be a total excursion of musicality!
